How many times should I water the hanging plants so it will keep hydrated? I got attracted with this hanging plants so I've decided to have some in my garden. I'm not quite familiar with this plant and I observe it really dries quickly.

Any tips on how should I maintain this plants in my garden?

The question that you have asked above is hard to answer with out knowing what type of plant that you have.  I've noticed that depending on where I've bought the hanging baskets or whether I've planted myself, all flowers ususally come with a plant description that will tell you some great pointers on the plants that you've bought.  For example, whether they like full sun or partial shade and wether they like well drained soil or semi dry ssoil.  I try to water my potted flowers once a day when we have dry, sunny days, and a litle less often if we are receving rain on and off.  I also have a soil moisture probe that can be inserted into my pots and it will indicate the soil moisture level.  It was a gift and comes in quite handy for plants and shrubs that are planted in a mulch bed or in decorative rock beds.  Some plants do not handle over watering well, so I suggest some research to be done on the actual plants that you are caring for.

I agree with SarahV, you have to research on the kind of hanging plant you bought. The same with other plants, these must be watered weekly. I have read also that the air nearer to the ceiling is warmer and drier than the air at the floor. So, these hanging plants requires more water than other plants, right?

Yes its necessary that you need to familiarize yourself with your hanging plant so you'll know how to take care of it well. Maybe you need to go back where you bought it and inquire about the proper management. Also don't forget to consider location - where you've hanged your plants. The water requirements will depend on that also.

All flowers need different things to thrive and survive. I always water my hanging baskets whenever they feel dry. Also I water until the water runs out the bottom (the baskets always have holes in the bottom). I've never had a problem with them when watering them like this. My hanging baskets are always flowers though, not plants. When you bought them, it should have had something that told you where to put them (ie. shade, full sun) and how much water.

You have to check on your hanging plants always. When the soil is dry then, you have to water it. I would like to know, do we have to fertilize the hanging plants as well?

remember hanging plants are nearer to ceiling it tends warmer and drier than air at the floor, so take this in to account .your hanging plants may need a little more than the terrestrial plants.

I fertilize hanging plants and potted plants a couple times each year.  I would recommend to do this depending on your plant types.

You should know what type of plant you have in your hanging baskets. Some plants prefer dry soil and some prefer moist soil. You should ask the dealer where you bought your plants how it should be taken cared of. I can't make any recommendation since you did not mention what that plant is.

It really is hard to make a statement about this, especially since just about anything can be made a hanging plant. Most traditional hanging plants like a lot of water.

I'd probably go with the one in the kitchen but if you put them in front of all the windows it looks like your trying to have plants but you can't cuz of your cats and you don't want to send that vibe out. maybe get some fake plants. I've got fake ones and you can't tell if the are real or not just have to kkep them dusted. I know 3 don't sound alot but I don't think it would look right.

I guess I've never really thought of this.  I fertilizer because I just assume that they need food to grow bigger and to produce more flowers, so yes, I'm feeding them to maintain health and bear more flowers.
