Green Bay, WI- ENCAP, LLC, a leading manufacturer and distributor of products in the retail and professional lawn and garden market celebrates its 10 year anniversary. ENCAP has overcome the odds, as statistics show that only half of all new companies will make it five years and that only one-third will last ten years.

Mike Krysiak, CEO of ENCAP states, “It is not easy to start a company and grow it year after year, however we persevered and adapted to change. We did, because our team is driven to provide the highest quality products and services in the industry”. They have been our support system from the beginning”.

At ENCAP, patented technologies and innovation are key. They take waste paper that would otherwise be land filled and add Advanced Soil Technology (AST) ™ to create products like Grass Repair Kits and New Lawn Kits. These products are sold through lawn and garden retailers like, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards Stein’s and Mills Fleet Farm.

In August of 2007, ENCAP was ranked 110th in the Inc 500 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in America. This along with other numerous awards like the Governors High Technology Award, has provided them with a sense of acknowledgement and encouragement to continue to drive ENCAP into the future.
