Fast Acting™ Gypsum Plus AST™ combines Advanced Soil Technology™ (AST™) with high quality gypsum. AST™ is a multi-beneficial soil amendment and control agent. Fast Acting™ Gypsum Plus AST™ reduces sediment lost through runoff of surface water and thereby reduces loss of nutrients like gypsum, bound to the soil sediment, that would have otherwise been lost. University testing has demonstrated that Fast Acting™ Gypsum Plus AST™ is more effective at holding calcium and sulfur in place than typical gypsum.

When to apply You can apply Fast Acting™ Gypsum Plus AST™ at any time of year, though we encourage application at the beginning of each growing season for best results to help revitalize your soil.
Where to use Fast Acting™ Gypsum Plus AST™ can be applied to all soil types. It is especially effective with clay and other compacted soils. It helps to maintain an adequate supply of calcium and sulfur for root uptake. Fast Acting™ Gypsum Plus AST™ is especially useful in pH sensitive soils because it does not effect soil pH.
