Ingredients: 2 cups milk 1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
 
Prep Time:   
  
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover & process until smooth. Transfer to a large saucepan and heat.
 
Cook Time:   20 minutes
  
Yield: 
  
Servings: 4
