Advanced Soil Technology™ (AST™)

The basis for our AST™ technology is a combination of proprietary polymers called water soluble polyacrlymides (WSPAM) which are impregnated into and coated onto our products. When activated by moisture, the polymers are released from the product and begin to engage the soil where they provide many benefits including:

• Improved soil structure and soil aggregates
• Improved seed establishment
• Better water infiltration
• Improved root mass
• Reduced soil loss from erosion
• Resistance to soil crusting

Movement Control Technology™ (MCT™)

Reducing the movement and loss of fertilizer and nutrients!

MCT™ works by using special polymers to engage the soil, thereby reducing soil erosion and the loss of nutrients and fertilizer associated with soil loss. Fertilizer is expensive, and allowing it to run off your lawn or garden creates an environmental problem. Keep fertilizer and nutrients where you want them with MCT™!

Barrier Control Technology™ (BCT™)

A new bonding technology for holding your mulch in place!

Our BCT™ forms a water proof bond that helps to hold your decorative mulches in place. Prevent your mulch from being washed out or blown out with BCT™ technology. It can also be used outdoors to help keep dust down!

Seed Watering Technology™ (SWT™)

A helpful and useful guide that tells you when to water!

SWT™ uses special cross-linked polymers that we add to our mulches and seed containing products. The polymer granules swell when you water and visibly sparkle when you have applied enough water. When they stop sparkling and disappear, it’s time to water again! SWT™ has been University proven to follow your plant’s need for watering. We take the guess work out of watering!
